ANOTHER festival is on this weekend featuring some of the hottest acts from South Africa.
Dubbed 263 Culture Festival, the fête is slated for Belgravia Sports Club on October 28.
It will be headlined by superstar Jah Prayzah, who will share the stage with Enzo Ishall and Shasha
Event organisers say this is a celebration of local and South African cultures hence the inclusion of acts from both sides of the Limpopo.
South Africa’s Blaq Diamond, Emtee and Lady Du will be travelling to the country for the festival.
More than 10 acts have been lined up with Jah Prayzah and Enzo Ishall hoping to pick up from their recent top performances at the Kadoma Festival and Castle Braai Festival.
“This is another chance for outdoor event lovers to chill before the rains begin, we have included the live performances for both established and upcoming artists to interact with fans.
“The value that all the artists involved can gain from interacting with other artists from different cities, countries, and backgrounds is hard to quantify.
“This type of exposure can set the stage for new levels of creativity and collaboration,” said one of the organisers, Dumisani Chihoto
He said the festival is set to offer a rare outdoor experience.
“We will be running this festival annually and promising to light up Harare with unforgettable experiences that will leave lasting impressions.
“To all the outdoor lovers, this is another chance, to experience good music and connect with friends in a special way that only happens at live performances,” he said.
Other artists to perform include Kamo Mphela and Aymos, Godfather Templeman, DJ Tamuka, DJ KingHer, Nadia Nakai, and Moozlie will be on rotation providing cover at the event.
Organisers will also use the platform to raise cancer awareness.
Early bird tickets are going for US$25.
