Rising Afro Jazz musician Tapiwa Samanyanga has sought the services of Soul Jah Love for his upcoming 10-track album dubbed Magorosi.
The 27-year-old will be dropping his new project on various radio stations on Tuesday.
“I will be dropping the Magorosi album on various local air waves, we had an album launch planned but it’s so unfortunate I faced financial challenges.
“I have an album which is already being played on radio.
“From the upcoming album we already have a video which will be released on Tuesday as well.
“We have also engaged Soul Jah Love and African Queen,” said Samanyanga.
Samanyanga said he was hurt by the passing on of Oliver Mtukudzi as they have a song which they were working together.
“I have a song which I did with Tuku which we couldn’t finalise after he passed on, I was advised by people to tag him along as a feature.
“The song is titled Utsinye Hwaro Pasi and it is on the forth coming album,” he said.
The upcoming Afro Jazz artiste said he owes Goldfinger a lot for he has been helping him push forward his music.
“I am very humbled by the love Goldfinger has showed me, Mhamha Filo who is my manager it has been easy making music under their supervision,” said Samanyanga.
The album carries songs which include, Mabhanan’ana, Misodzi, Tsotsi, Vanondironda, Rufu featuring Soul Jal Love, Tafula nkeke, Chururu churu, Inemutsindo nyika ino, Last words ft Oliver Mtukudzi, Nyongolo, Dzoka nerudo, Magogorosi, Kiriyodho, Ndipe Rudo, Toropito and Standwa Sami featuring African Queen-Austrian.
