SOUTH AFRICA-BASED events and promotions company, Anderson Promotions, has signed two artistes under its label in a bid to continue its mandate of uplifting and promoting Zimbabwean talent in South Africa.
The company headed by Zimbabwean business man Denzel Anderson has offered South Africa based artistes- female vocalist Queen Phar and Zimbabwean based rhumba artiste Ninja Luv contracts to work with the company.
Queen Phar is currently voicing house productions and recently released a new song entitled “Mavaona mavaona” which is also soon have a video,
Ninja Luv who has worked with likes of Juntal has released three singles so far this year which are Ngoma ndiyo ndiyo, Mai Mwana and Ndisiyei nditambe.
The two artiste inked deals that will see them get a package that offers them free recordings, video shoots and getting shows in South Africa.
Speaking to Denzel Anderson he said he will not give up on promoting local talent as entertainment is his passion.
“When I started the company a few years ago it was because of the passion I have for arts and entertainment.
“My mission is to help the struggling ones mainly, those that are talented but lack the resources.
“Last year I signed two Zim artistes in South Africa and this year I have added another two, one from Zim and another based in South Africa.
“I’m hopeful that one day they will be among the top names in music,”’ he said.
Anderson said that it is because of his haulage company, Vhonderson Trucks that transports various goods in the southern region of Africa has been able to support his dream to uplift Zimbabwean talent.
“It’s not easy doing promotions but I have been able to dop my passion and live to promise to uplift talent because of the haulage company that plies many South African routes as well as some in the southern region of the continent,” he added.
