JORDAN Zemura and his Lazio teammates claimed another BIG scalp in the Italian Serie A when they shocked Lazio 2-1 at the Stadio Olympico in Rome.
Last month, the Warriors star was part of the Udinese side which shocked Juventus 1-0 in Turin.
On Monday, Zemura started from the bench but was thrown into the fold to play the last 17 minutes as Udinese stunned Maurizio Sarri’s men.
The win helped them take a big step away from the Serie A relegation zone where they now enjoy a three-point cushion.
All three of the game’s goals came within four minutes, as Lorenzo Lucca and Oier Zarraga struck for the visitors with Lazio only finding the net through Lautaro Giannetti’s own goal.
Sarri’s side are now seven points behind the European spots, with time running out to make up ground.
Udinese came into the match with just one win in their last nine matches, which came on the road against Juventus to hand the Old Lady successive defeats.
Udinese took the lead after 47 minutes when Lucca diverted a shot from Hassane Kamara past despairing goalkeeper Ivan Provedel.
Lazio equalised two minutes later when Lautaro Giannetti turned Mattia Zaccagni’s cut back into his own net.
Oier Zarraga put Udinese ahead again in the 51st by placing a low shot into the corner of the net. – Sports Reporter.Eurosport
