CHICKEN Inn coach Joey Antipas says they are cautious heading into their Premier Soccer League clash against TelOne at Ascot today.
Antipas’ men have not been in action for the past two weeks after having three playing called for national duty.
It will be the first match to be played at Ascot for this season.
Antipas said he will be banking on the availability of his trusted players.
“We are coming from the two weeks break, if were to choose we would have chosen not to have it (break).
“But it also gave these players a rest and we have a clean healthy bill, a plus on our side.
“Most of my players that are in my plans for this assignment are available. We are anticipating a positive result,” said Antipas.
TelOne are in the relegation zone with 14 points.
Chicken Inn are third best with 29, with a chance to top the log given they win today.
If they win today, they will be tied with FC Platinum who have 32 points as well and go top on superior goal difference.
Antipas said they have to keep their cool and aim high.
“We play to win, but this win will make us go on top. We don’t want to give ourselves unnecessary pressure.
“We are going there to come back with something. We are not focusing much on where we will be sitting.
“We are only focusing on getting the maximum points,” added Antipas.
TelOne will also be looking forward to put an end to their nine games winning less run.
