CAPS host Hwange at the National Sports Stadium on Sunday.
Makepekepe have been in fine form in their last five league games.
However, Bamusi believes they need to work hard to maintain their five-point gap at the top of the standings.
Bamusi admits Hwange will not be easy opponents as they want to hit back after losing 3-0 at home in the reverse fixture.
“As for the preparations so far so good, we are doing well, we know what we need to do, it’s not going to be easy,” said Bamusi.

“We know the fans expect us to deliver, we promise as a team to continue to work, we promise we are going to deliver the title for them
“We have a very good chance to be champions this year, considering the form we have currently, we want to give it to our fans as an early Christmas present,” he said.
CAPS united have been knocked out of Chibuku Super Cup leaving the league a priority.
“We really need the three points.
“It’s about the team not individuals, with the quality we have anyone can play, everyone is ready for this game
“Morale is very high, everyone very motivated, everyone wants to contribute to help the team.
“Good performance is the key and the team must continue to perform and I will play my role to help the team.
