China based rapper, Bling Tee-real name Tawney Tsvangirai- says he is optimistic that his forthcoming EP to be released in August will give him the desired recognition on the hip hop scene.
The EP will mark his return to the music scene after having last released music two years ago.
Titled Self-Titled, the EP carries seven tracks namely Suddenly, Jorja Smith, Magames featuring Ndikacee, Loud Drip, Momma, Ounces of flex and Long distance relationships.
The 20 year old rapper who is currently studying civil engineering at Shijiazhuang International Railway University in Herbei province revealed that study pressure has kept him away music.
“The last two years I have been concentrating on my studies and I haven’t really concentrated on music.
“I am back this time around and I will be releasing new music this August.
“I believe the EP will give me recognition in the hip hop game.
“I put in my all in this project and I’m hoping hip hop fans will like it,” he said.
“My music caters for the new school hip hop fans.
“It’s a style that I have tried to perfect in the last two years I haven’t been making music.
“I really can’t wait for people to hear what I have to offer.”
The Emtee inspired rapper released his debut song in 2016.
