BUSINESSMAN Frank Buyanga has accused his baby mama-Chantelle Muteswa of abusing her role as the sole custodian of their minor child.
Buyanga’s claims come after his ex-failed to comply with a court order that he would access the child together with his passport.
In an application filed at the High Court, Buyanga through his counsel Messrs Rubaya and Chatambudza, is praying for joint custody and guardianship of the minor child.
“The respondent has clearly abused her duties as the sole custodian parent who also had guardianship since the minor child was born out of wedlock.
“She does so under circumstances which are of no benefit to the minor child with his interests unnecessarily imperiled and prejudiced.
“As the minor child’s biological father, I submit that it is in the best interest of the minor child for me to also have custody and guardianship,” submitted Buyanga.
He also alleged that Muteswa’s conduct has been traumatising his child.
“The respondent went into hiding only to scuttle my access rights, I even visited her residence in the company of police officers from Borrowdale station.
“Despite the minor child indicating that he knew where his passport was kept, he was denied access to the document.
“The conduct of the respondent traumatised the child given that he was ready to travel with me to South Africa over the Easter Holiday,” he claimed.
