CAPS United owner, Farai Jere, named him the club’s 2023 Fan of the Year.

And, Richard Sande, who is well-known as Chemhofela, was dressed to impress again at the Harare Derby at Rufaro on Sunday.

This time, he came wearing a green-and-white gown with a message that the Green Machine had a “PHD IN BEATING DYNAMOS.”

He also spent some time chatting with Jere before the match and dominating the VIP area with his colourful presence.

He turned 42 in January and revealed he has spent half his lifetime supporting CAPS United.

“It’s now 21 years of loyal service to Makepekepe. I am also a staunch Warriors supporter. I also support all the other national teams like cricket and rugby.”

He also revealed how H-Metro journalists almost ruined his life.

“I always laugh when I enter this newsroom because Photovet nearly ruined my life.

“He took a picture of me at Pamuzinda in 2010 when a voluptuous woman was shaking her rear at me.

“We appeared as if we were a couple, but I landed myself in hot water.
