CHIBUKU, a subsidiary of Delta Beverages, has introduced its new Chibuku Super banana flavoured sorghum beer.
The new brand has been developed to meet latest trends in the market, but maintain the same traditional beer taste as its sister brand.
Speaking at a launch of the carbonated beer in Harare yesterday, Delta general manager sorghum beer business, Marshall Pemhiwa, said the new product will appeal to their customers.
“It is our firm conviction that we have developed a strong offering that is abreast with the latest trends.
“This Chibuku Super banana flavoured variant offers a unique and carbonated taste experience, with a well-balanced flavour.
“We aim to anchor the brand ethos of celebrating the bonds of friendship,” said Pemhiwa.
He said the new product signifies their collective resolve to offer their customers wider choices and promote their mission in the Sorghum beer business.
He said they have lined up various activities to launch the new-flavoured beer countrywide.
“We look forward to an exciting launch, with several activities lined up for our consumers across the country.
“This occasion alone gives me the confidence that the Sorghum Beer Business is firmly set on our robust plan of building brilliant brands, whose main goal is ‘to grow our business by offering our consumers brand experiences that play a meaningful role in their lives in a responsible way which is one of our key strategic pillars’.
“We owe it to our consumers, who are the anchor of our business, to offer different products that will appeal and satisfy their needs,” he said.
