A Chimanimani man was fatally assaulted by his colleague following an argument over US$2.
Webster Chitombo died after the incident which occured on May 25 at Kwakanaka Village, Chimanimani following a misunderstanding with Washington Maphosa.
Maphosa has been arrested in connection with the murder.
“ZRP confirms the arrest of Washington Maphosa in connection with a case of murder which occurred at Kwakanaka Village, Chimanimani on 25/05/24 in which Webster Chitombo died.
“The suspect allegedly assaulted the victim indiscriminately after an argument over US$2-00,” reads a police statement.M
