“There is a change and as a senior player, l just hope to gel with my other players and will help the new boys understand what is needed.
“I will just help them on every aspect in the pitch so that they will overcome in every challenge. Obviously it might not be the same squad like the previous.
“But you may never know because those young boys are willing to help the team so it’s a matter of helping each other then we will see.
“But l think everyone who is here is ready for this competition given that they are seniors who have played before.
“So it’s a matter of helping and encouraging each other. It’s a matter of knowing what to do at the right time and at the right moment,” he said.
Chinyengetere, who is the reigning PSL soccer star of the year, says this might be a chance of him to display his talent and has promised to do his best.
“This is a platform of which every player will be looking forward to participate.
“They are chances that if you play well you might be recognized because many people will be looking at you but in that case of me trying to prove, l know football is the same.
“It’s only the environment that changes but football is the same it’s just doing what l know best.
“I will just do my best, do what l know and whatever comes after that it’s God’s will. I can feel that this is my time in my heart where l know that l can play football,” he said.
