The Premier Soccer League spokesperson, Kudzai Bare, says the postponement of Match Day 3 games was due to Covid-19 cases.

On Tuesday, Harare City confirmed that they had recorded five cases, but reports said many players and officials throughout the league had been affected.

“The postponement is due to Covid-19 related issues,” she said.

The matches were scheduled for yesterday, Saturday and Sunday.

But after the complications, the league has announced rearranged fixtures, with those clubs, who have not been affected, now set to be involved.

According to PSL Covid-19 regulations, a fixture should be postponed if the involved club records at least seven positive cases.
