DYNAMOS could unleash teenager Francis Jerimani in the Harare Derby at Rufaro on Sunday.

It appears to be a direct response to the buzz which Junior Bunjira is creating at CAPS United.

DeMbare coach, Genesis Mangombe, handed Jerimani his debut in the 1-1 draw against Herentals.

The 18-year-old midfielder replaced Ghanaian Ansah Botchway with 10 minutes left on the clock.

“Jerimani is very intelligent and he has the potential to become one of the best midfielders in the league.

“He is progressing very well and he just has to stay patient because we are still preparing him to get used to the demands of top-flight football.

“It’s just a matter of time before he starts playing just like all the juniors we have in our team.

“Their time will come very soon.”

Jerimani hailed Mangombe for making his dream become a reality.

“I am very delighted with the opportunity and I am grateful to the coach for the trust he has shown in me.

“I would have loved to score on my debut and help my team to take maximum points but we were just unfortunate that it wasn’t our day.

“I am learning a lot from the coach and the senior players at the team who are helping me to grow.

“The environment is very good for me to work on my weaknesses and it’s just a matter of time before everything falls into place,’’ said Jerimani.
