Zimbabwe Christian Ministers Association (ZCMA) has launched Empowerment Academy meant for gospel ministers.
The initiative was launched over the weekend.
The Principal for the academy Graham Maenzanise said “Empowerment Academy has been launched to equip all those who surround Ministers of the word in different serving capacities to attain competent and relevant skills.
“The first programmes that we kicked off with include mind conditioning and a programme for house help which was generally customised because there is need for some of these people who are close to ministering that they should know how to carry themselves,” he said.
Maenzanise said they focused on particular topics like value creation, self leadership, entrepreneurship, mind effect on work and team Work.
“These programmes duration for example the one with the house help has four levels which at the end one gets certified whereas other programmes can take a day depending with the area of serving.”
Maenzanise said that people should expect more from Empowerment Academy as ministers are surrounded by many people and therefore need for more programmes according to need.
ZCMA held it’s Institute Graduation on the November,5 and continues to make an impact in Zimbabwe.
