FC Platinum spokesperson Chido Chizondo says they are hoping that the government will consider their application to resume training urgently as they are now behind time in preparations for the preliminary matches of the CAF Champions league matches which are on next month.
“We have made the necessary application to relevant authorities and we are waiting for them to make the decision on the way forward.
“As a club we will have a lot of concerns with regards to timing and we will be ready when the matches begin but at this moment it is out of our hands.
“As Fc Platinum we cannot over emphasize the importance of us to begin training, we have not been playing competitive football now we getting closer to a year and the CAF calendars has set dates for the preliminary matches. It is important that the relevant authorities give us the authorization to begin group training.” she said.
