THE two top acts at the Sunshine City Festival will play for two hours each, organisers Tamba Events have announced.
The festival, set for March 29 and 30.
It is expected to be the biggest show in Harare this year.
Jah Prayzah and Winky D are the top acts at the festival and will play on different days.
A star-studded line-up, which includes boy band Mokoomba, Selmor Mtukudzi, ExQ, Jah Signal and the Chillspot Family, will perform alongside Jah Prayzah on opening night.
The following day fans will get to see the likes of Killer T, Master H, Bazooker and Bling 4.
Social media personality Mai TT has also been roped in.
“Gates open at 12 noon and event ends the following day,” said Tamba Events director, Nigel Chinovhiringa.
“The first phase of ticket sales has passed and we are approaching an end to the second phase, we are urging all patrons to purchase their advance tickets to avoid disappointments at the venue.
“One can buy tickets for both days and is allowed to bring in certain amount of alcohol in a cooler box.”
He said they have also partnered with the City of Harare, who will provide security, free car monitoring services and refuse collection before and after the gala.
A fun run and social soccer match dubbed “Wafa Wafa” has been included as part of the show.
Ordinary tickets under the second phase are now pegged at US$20 and US$50 for VIP.
