GODFREY JAPAJAPA, FORMER PSL FIXTURES SECRETARY
He was a gentle giant, he was one guy who understood Zimbabwean football inside and out. He was so honest and would speak his mind. I’ve never shed a tear since the passing on of my mother but today I cried. I was hurt. He is one person who would talk football in detail, he was so open that he would tell kuti ukukanganisa pakadai. He was so different from other people and he was someone who would engage everyone.

We mingled with him during the 2019 Afcon at the Engineering Authority Guest Hotel in Egypt and we did learn a lot from his tips on key values on football administration. May the Almighty God give strength and comfort to his family, friends and the entire football fraternity during this time of grief.
