Gems Goal Keeper Elizabeth Mushore was crowned the Player-of-the-Match.
The invitational tournament brought together teams from Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales, and the Gems to showcase elite-level competitive netball.
Played in a round-robin format, the third and fourth-place play-offs and finals of the tourney will be held on November 10.
The Celtic Cup has been created by Netball Northern Ireland, Netball Scotland, and Wales Netball to provide the best competitive tournament for athletes and spectators outside of the World Cup and Commonwealth Games.
The Gems are expected to be in action again Friday night when they face the Scottish Thistles.
The match begins at 8 pm.
