Rising gospel diva Nyashadzashe “Nyachide” Thokhozane has revealed her love and focus to reach the international scene.

Last Thursday, the songbird released her much-awaited video for her song Presence which has seen her appeal increase in gospel circles.

 

According to the songbird, her recent release has more focus on propelling her status to meet an international audience.

 

“The year 2020 has affected us all one way or the other and as such, my new video brings in the desired comfort as it encourages us to exercise calmness and remain optimistic in the presence of God.

 

“I did the song with the hope that as a nation we can be healed after losing our loved ones,” said Nyachide.

 

The new video also coincides with the launch of her Nyachide Sounds brand.

 

“I have a passion to help other musicians and I am taking this up now so that I can impact on a few talents.

 

“I am using this new video as leverage to work with a number of stars locally and abroad and also identify artistes who lack financial support.

 

“I hope my hard work will pay off,” she said.

 

Under her brand, Nyachide Sounds, the singer has vowed to give unheralded talent a chance.

 

“I pray that my gift will lead me to scout more young talent who I will promote and put Zimbabwe on the international map.

 

“I can sing in any genre but enjoy gospel more, thus my brand will easily be associated with by many young people.

 

The video will be available on Nyachide’s YouTube and her other social media pages.

 

Nyachide rose to fame after collaborating with fellow musician Tatenda Mahachi on her debut-You Alone Jesus.
