HARARE City coach Mark Harrison is not happy with his players’ performance as they surrendered the lead in a 3-1 loss to newcomers, Manica Diamonds at Gibbo on Sunday.

It was their second successive loss in the campaign.

“It was a disgracing performance, it was a shocking performance.

“I can’t argue with the result, it is the performance I am worried about.

“I am totally disappointed with the players, especially the senior players, last season we played well but now it looks like we don’t want to play,” said Harrison.

He added:

“We are going back to the drawing board so that we can correct our mistakes.

“We have a good squad and players.”

Harare City play Highlanders at Rufaro over the weekend.

Meanwhile, Manica Diamonds coach Luke Masomere was a happy man after collecting his first set of points in their game against Harare City.

“We were more organised that what we were when we played CAPS.

“We are now looking forward to our next match against Triangle.

“And it is going to be an interesting match, it motivates us to play good teams,” said Masomere.
