RAPPER Holy Ten will this Saturday share the stage with his crush, Tamy Moyo, at the Mighty Zambezi Bonfire Party.
Holy Ten, who has been making frantic efforts to get Tamy’s attention, might be closer to achieving his dream when the two perform at Donnybrook Park.
Holy Ten will get a chance to perform songs from his latest album titled Energy.
On the other hand, Tamy will be seeking to outshine the rapper with her recent single named Do My Own Thing.
Djembe Monks, The Travellers and The Movement are also billed to perform at the prestigious event.
Organisers of the event, Delta Beverages, have also included a line-up of top local wheel-spinners comprising Reverb 7, Naida, DJ Masty, Shanku Chante and Ryan Synth.
In a statement, Delta Beverages’ representative, Kundai Mawema, said they are excited to bring back the event after a two-year hiatus.
“We look forward to reconnecting with our most loved and loyal Zambezians in the freedom of the great outdoors at this year’s Bonfire event.
“There will be lots of exciting outdoor activities to participate in with premium prizes to be won.
“Beers will be available at pump price and so you can come and fill up your cooler boxes on site,” said Mawema.
Mawema said no alcohol will be allowed into the event.
This year’s Bonfire is themed: ‘‘Ignite’’, and the grand spectacle lighting ceremony is expected to draw a large crowd.
The 10×10 Bonfire is the largest in the country and is held annually in celebration of the Zambezi Lager and beauty of combining an outdoor event.
Advance tickets are going for $7 500 and are available on www.clicknpay.africa and all other Click ‘n’ Pay platforms.
One can still pay at the gate.
