SUPERSTAR Jah Prayzah stole the show at the inauguration ceremony of President Mnangagwa at the National Sports Stadium yesterday.
The 36-year-old sent the stadium into delirium as he belted out singalong tracks such as Chiremerera and Mudhara Achauya.
He won the hearts of many, including the VVIP section, with a well-choreographed act.
Backed by a superb frontline of female vocalists and dancers, the troupe’s chemistry on stage was very clear and there was no question he captured the imagination of the people who were gathered at the giant stadium.
Jah Prayzah, whose prophetic songs suited the occasion, is a tried-and-tested performer who rarely puts a foot wrong wherever he performs.
He has shown that he keeps evolving as his act keeps improving with each passing day.
It has been a busy period for the superstar.
Recently he performed in the UK, at a soldout concent in Leicester.
Jah Prayzah cast his vote in the harmonised elections just before he left for the UK tour of duty.
He then flew back home to provide the closing act at the Zimbabwe Agricultural Show on Saturday.
His electric performance drew a bumper crowd at the Econest Stand.
