ZIMBABWEAN driver Axcil Jefferies has joined the Iron Lynx for the European Le Mans Series this year.
An ELMS newcomer, Jefferies and Lamborghini factory driver Andrea Caldarelli will join Hiroshi Hamaguchi in the Iron Lynx #63 Lamborghini Hurácan GT3 Evo 2, completing the team’s European Le Mans Series line-up.
Double Lamborghini Super Trofeo Middle East champion Jefferies, brings plenty of sportscar experience to the Iron Lynx LMGT3 programme, including a brief stint in the FIA WEC with Northwest AMR in 2023.
The pair will join Hiroshi who steps up from the Michelin Le Mans Cup, where he was a race winner in the season finale at Portimão.

For Caldarelli this programme adds to a packed 2024 schedule which features a Pro class GT3 effort with the team in World Challenge Europe as well as a partial Endurance Cup campaign in IMSA driving the Lamborghini Iron Lynx SC63 GTP prototype -Dailysportscar.
