YADAH forward, Jerry Chipangura, is confident he will add more goals to his name after opening his account in their 2-0 win over Sheasham at Baobab on Sunday.
Chipangura joined the Miracle Boys from ZIFA Northern Region Division One side, Harare City, during the mid-season transfer season.
Yadah brought him in a bid to add more firepower to an attack which had struggled to convert their chances in the first half season.
The Miracle Boys have 20 points from as many matches.
On Saturday they will face Simba Bhora at Baobab.
“I am happy to have opened my account with Yadah, which I was yearning to do all this time,’ said Chipangura.
“It felt good to score and then collect points as it was a game where both teams could have walked away with the points but we managed to utilise our chances when they came.
“I am looking to adding more goals to my name but the main objective is to win games and help the team move out of the relegation zone.
“If the team win, then the rest will come as a bonus.”
He added:
“The win was very important for us going into the next fixtures as we are looking to build on that momentum.
“We will be facing Simba Bhora on Saturday and they are a good team. They can defend well and, just like us, they are playing for all the points available.
“We have to keep on working hard and stay focused as a team.
“The idea is to try to win as many games as possible so that we survive.”
