FORMER Golden Valley coach Kifton Kadulira has resigned as Golden Valley coach to takeover at Ngezi Platinum U19.
Kadulira takes over after Alexio Sigion was promoted to the Premiership side as assistant to Rodwell Dhlakama.
Kadulira officially resigned from Golden Valley on Monday citing better benefits at Ngezi Under19.
His resignation letter reads.
“With reference to the above I am hereby tendering my resignation from the team with immediate effect.
“My resignation is in pursuance of greener pastures within the football industry.
“I would like to thank the executive for affording me the chance to work with the club and I would not hesitate to come back and continue with this good project in the near future. My sincere gratitude also goes to the fans who gave me and the team support during my period of service.
“It is with a heavy heart that I am leaving.
“I wish the team well for the remainder of the season and God bless,” it read.
Kadurira guided Ngezi Platinum from Division One into the Premiership before he was demoted to become the assistant coach to Tonderai Ndiraya.
Golden Valley chairman Pedzisai Makonka said it is part of the game.
“I am okay with our coach’s departure, that’s what coaches do and that’s what soccer circles do also.
“I will continue with Leo Kurauzvuone and Nickel Marichi because already the season is about to end,” he said.
