CAPS United coach Darlington Dodo said life without football is a bit tricky but said there is nothing he can do after the outbreak of Covid-19 in Zimbabwe.
He said this after his team stopped their preparations due to the covid-19 pandemic.
“We don’t want this situation. It’s unfortunate but there is nothing we can do. As the football family, we are all affected.
“This has affected everyone, even outside the country. The whole world actually,” said Dodo.
Most premier league teams have cancelled training due to the pandemic. Only a few clubs like FC Platinum and Triangle are still going on with their sessions.
Dodo said they will wait for the situation to stabilise for them to resume.
“We will lay low for now and once the situation goes back to normal we will then continue from where we left.
“Life is precious and we have to preserve it.
“This has affected our plan in a way but we are not reading much into that,” he added.
