AT just 12 years old, UK-based songstress, Lil Jam, is building an ever-expanding fanbase by performing in different countries.
Born Jamelia Sadiq, the Zimbabwean recently performed at a family event for holiday guests in Egypt’s Hurgada at the Sunrise Aqua Park.
The young artist wowed the crowd with her rendition of cover songs “No Games” by Serani and “Girlfriend” by Ruger.
Her father and manager DJ Jah Hanief joined in on “Murder She Wrote” by Chaka Demus and Pliers.
Lil Jam has also taken to the stage in South Africa and various UK cities.
“It was a great privilege and honour to perform for children that were on school holidays as well as hotel guests at the event.
“The hotel management asked her to perform for the hotel guests from various walks of life after they found out that she was an artist.
“It was such a great honour considering this is one of the top hotels in the city of Hurgada,” said DJ Jah Hanief.
