CONTROVERSIAL Madzibaba Strive Masango of Kubata KweVapostori Apostolic church on Saturday held an all-white birthday party that drew a number of celebrities.
Masango arrived at the party flanked by celebrities that included Mark Ngwazi, Selemani ‘Majuice’ Mpochi, Tendai Dembo, Trymore Bande, actress Cathy ‘Dhafu’ Chipungu and his trusted man of cloth Madzibaba Matewu, real name Alfred Mupfumbate.
Majuice spiced up the party with his suggestive dances that left mapositori in stitches.
“Ndiri munhu wevanhu baba saka vekereke, business people, celebrities and other church leaders are some of my friends,” said Madzibaba Masango.
“Tangoti vanhu vambodya nekunwa uye vafare timbokanganwa nhamo dzedu.
“Covid-19 effects have been a thorn in the flesh following death of my children in a road traffic accident but I have been healed.
“God comforted me and this time I saw it best to celebrate my birth day and that of my son who turned one year.
“I thank my wife for organizing the event, my neighbours for accepting to disturb their activities, my church mates for standing with me in all weather.
“Zvakanaka tinozvidawo uye tinofarawo nevanofara,” said Madzibaba Masango.
Ngwazi charmed guests with some lyrics of his song ‘Madzimai’ yet to be released.
Bande and Dembo also got opportunity to clear their voices.
