Bulawayo Chiefs new signing El Shaddai Magaya says he is ready for the upcoming 2020 PSL season.
He signed a season-long contract with Chiefs from his previous club FC Platinum.
The midfielder believes the loan move will help him to get some more game time than he did last season.
“I’m very happy to be playing for chiefs this season and this move has come at the right time.
“Joining Chiefs is a blessing come true because I think I will be getting some game time as Chiefs are a good team for young stars.
“So I’m ready for this upcoming season with my new club,” said Magaya.
The midfielder is excited by how Chiefs have granted youngsters a chance to play topflight football and said he is ready to fight for his position too.
“Well game time usually comes when you work hard at training and I have to push myself extra harder during training sessions so that I’ll be able to play.
“This really encourages every young soccer player, this philosophy of Bulawayo Chiefs for the past years wasn’t happening elsewhere.
“We used to believe you can play PSL aged around 25 and above but now the Ninjas have rejuvenated the PSL.
“I’m really grateful to play for the Ninjas because I’m very much sure that I’m going to showcase my talent at any cost and raise the brand of chiefs as a whole.
“The future is bright for every young player at Amahosi Amahle,” added the 19-year-old.
