NORTHERN Region Soccer League Division One 2016 golden boot winner, Blessing Majarira, says he has no intention of leaving Herentals anytime soon.

Despite having proven his worthy by netting 21 goals in this year’s Northern Region Soccer League season, Majarira knows he will be the hunted during the transfer period but he is not moved.

Majarira appears to have devoted his career to Herentals, at least for now, citing that he has mandate of taking the tea to the Premier Soccer League for the 2017 season.

“I am sticking to Herentals because we have got to go to the Premier League next year,” Majarira told H-Metro.

The pacey forward has been playing professional football for two seasons at Herentals and has managed to score 31 goals. He dreams to achieve more for and at Herentals as the season turns for 2017.

“So far I haven’t made a decision of whether leaving or staying but I know my decision will be sticking to Herentals. I haven’t had that mentality (of leaving) before. I have something in Herentals,” he said.

In addition to 21 goals in 2016, Majarira was also named first runner-up for the Player of the Year and scooped three monthly awards for most goals.
