GREEN FUEL continued with their fine form when they edged Yadah 2-0 in a Castle Lager Premiership match at Gibbo on Saturday.
The newcomers have been making steady progress away from the drop zone.
Nelson Mwasanga, who joined Boys DzeNharo from Black Rhinos on the final day of the transfer window, made his debut against Yadah.
Mwasanga is grateful to the club for trusting in him.
“I think we all did well as a team, we collected maximum points against a really good side. We scored good goals and we didn’t concede. What a debut present from the lads,” he said.
“I would like to thank coach (Rodwell) Dhlakama, his technical staff and the club executive for believing in me and for all their efforts to bring me to this club.
“I really feel at home here. I was given a warm reception by everyone at the club and I am quickly adapting.
“The recent results for the team speak for themselves, and we expect to keep on winning. Personally, I want to give my all to the team through goals and assists and contribute to the overall success of the club.”
