FORMER secular musician, Tinashe Nendoro, will bless his fans with a gospel single track on his birthday.
Nendoro told H-Metro he has shifted from secular music to full-time gospel music.
“On Monday, I am going to release a gospel track and video titled Jaire.
“Jaire was recorded at Bassline Studios by Josh Kwesha and the video was directed by an upcoming videographer, Ben Tike of Tike Pictures,” he said
The Ice Lolo hit singer said he has already done gospel collaborations with Amos Mahendere and Mathias Mhere.
“I have moved from secular music to gospel after my journey to South Africa where I stayed for a few months and had time to meditate deeply about life as well as my calling to work for the Lord.
“The song Jaire is a song of hope to everyone who believes in God and it tells people that He is there for us whenever we need Him,” he said.
The 38-year-old said has been an advocate against women abuse, through his music, since 2019.
“I have done a song called Musandishungurudze, which encourages men to stop gender-based violence, especially towards our lovely women.
“I salute Prophet Makopa of EGK Ministries who assisted me throughout my spiritual journey,” he said.
