RISING hip hop artist, Czwe (pronounced Sizwe) real name Dudley Benhura says he has discovered his musical path.

The 21-year-old , a third-year Developmental Psychology student at the University of Zimbabwe, revealed that he got rid of his old catalogue.

He ventured into music in 2019 and he is now focusing on his new style of delivery.

He recently released new tracks titled Loyalty, Spazzville, featuring Abel X, Steppin and Masamariya, featuring Mr Attention.

“I have worked on a lot of music since I started in 2019.

“I removed some of the music I was doing earlier in my career on all platforms.

“I had not yet discovered my sound, however, I am now confident my new music is taking people in the direction I want it to.

“My biggest music inspiration comes from the fact that I realised how talented I am and allowed myself to dream big.

“I understand that when you work hard in any field, and you put that together with working smart and praying, you can get wherever you want to go.

“I have worked on sound development from the first time I ever recorded,” said Czwe.

He revealed that rapper Takura has had a great impact on his music.

“Takura drove me to believe when he broke through with a new hip hop sound in 2016.

“Since then, he has been a major key in me unlocking my potential.

“I also really like acts like Saintfloew and Holy Ten because of their lyrical depth and message.

“I also follow how artists like Suhn and Denimwoods are paving the way for new school art that has a massive street impact.”
