ZIMBABWEANS Daniel Msendami and Cleopas Dube’s Botswana-based side, Jwaneng Galaxy, have another important CAF Champions League match this weekend againt Tanzanian giants Simba SC in Francistown tomorrow.
Msendami, who has been a revelation for Galaxy, said he is simply enjoying himself.
“We are well aware that we have another very difficult match this weekend against one of the biggest teams in Africa.
“Simba is not a team to be taken lightly.
“We are a group of players who always believed in themselves and once again we will be doing our best to be there for each other.
“For me, it is, obviously, starting to be a bit difficult, people are starting to be aware of me and they are also starting to see footage of me playing hence they are now coming up with strategies to try and stop me.
“This is a sign that I should work harder and focus more on myself and try to help the team but, most importantly, it is all about enjoying these memorable moments,” said Msendami.
The former Bosso player has had a flying start in all competitions for the Botswana champions.
He is the team’s top scorer in the league with six goals and second best in the Champions League.
Jwaneng Galaxy have three points and are the leaders in Group B after stunning three-time champions, Wydad 1-0 at their home ground, in Morocco.
