CHAPUNGU striker Clive Rupiya is frustrated by the failure to make a breakthrough.

Rupiya has been linked with clubs in South Africa and Europe in the past transfer windows but has not yet moved.

“It is hard to make a breakthrough in football especially when you are young.

“At 19, a lot of people will be looking down on you saying that you are young and that happens mostly in Africa. It is not about age but it’s about talent,” said Rupiya.

Rupiya is now expecting to have more game time at Chapungu.

“I have not been getting game time because of being a young player. I hope that I am going to have more game time at Chapungu than what I was experiencing at Bulawayo City.

“At Chapungu they have been giving me time to play lately without being substituted a lot.

“I can’t wait to play games right now. The break is too much and I need to be on the pitch right now and I am now frustrated by this break,” said Rupiya.

Chapungu will face Bulawayo Chiefs at Ascot on Saturday.
