Saintfloew fails to impress

THE real mark of a musician is their performance in a live set up.

While technology can enhance an artist’s sound, it can’t make up for a poor live performance. Saintfloew’s flawed performance at Cotton Club in Victoria Falls showed that he still has room for growth as a musician.

Despite the full house and good crowd interaction, he struggled with staying on key and sounding nasally.

The security presence also detracted from the overall experience.

Saintfloew has been on a busy tour promoting his Rise and Lead album, with additional performances in Norton and Bulawayo.

Perhaps with more practice and refinement, he can improve his live set and truly showcase his talent.

Before Saintfloew went on stage most fans were getting impatient and started throwing empty bottles and cans on stage saying it was getting late.

He went on stage around midnight with his song Cheka, while chanting his famous words “Ndange Ndanwa Tea”.

He performed alongside Shabach The Band supported by DJ Lexx, DJ Potato and DJ Ashley.
