South Africa top teams are after the signature of CAPS United midfielder Blessing Sarupinda, H-Metro Sport has learnt.
Sarupinda, who was part of the COSAFA squad, is said to have remained behind with the rest of the team already in the country.
He made an impression, which saw him being targeted by more than three teams in the Dstv Premiership, according to sources.
SuperSport United, Golden Arrows and Sekhukhune are some of the teams reported to be after his signature.
“The player had a good outing that’s why top clubs in the league are said to be after his signature.
“Nothing has materialised yet but I can confirm to you that the player didn’t travel with the team, he stayed behind.
“And I think he is still considering options and there are talks between his manager and some of the clubs,” said a close source.
Sarupinda was also set for a move in Portugal but due to COVID-19 the deal couldn’t materialise.
He joined CAPS in 2019 from Aces Youth Academy.
