ZIMBABWE international Blessing Sarupinda says he has settled well in the DStv Premiership.

The midfielder joined South African side Sekhukhune United from CAPS United this year.

He told H-Metro Sport in an interview that he has adapted to his new environment.

“I’m happy here and have finally settled pretty well, it wasn’t that hard for me because there are familiar faces.

“And I was really welcomed, I was a bit easy for me and I have adapted to everything well.

“Even with football I’m now understanding what the coach needs from me and what I have to do.

“There’s is no much difference here to the type of football because football is the same it’s just that each coach has his own style and philosophy. I have played five games so far and it’s going well and I’m happy that I’m managing to get some game time,” he said.

The Warriors star said he is aiming to do his best.

“In football its about team work and you can’t have personal targets .

“I honestly wish to do well and gel with my teammates and be able to do what I do best, which is play football without pressure. It is a new team, new league , different philosophies as far as systems of play are involved.

“But so far so good, I can’t complain and I’m happy that I’m playing. And I want to help my team achieve their targets that’s the main goal for me,” he said.

He added:

“I would like to thank everyone who have believed in me as a player and I promise to do my level best not to disappoint them.

“I also have to give credit to God because without him all is not possible and because he has carried me this far.”
