Zimdancehall chanter Seh Calaz is a relieved man after launching a reggae album “Love Story” on Valentine’s Day.

The eight track album follows the colossal success of his Lover’s Reggae singles collection of last year which carried now popular hit songs like Sorry Sorry, Tinodanana, Rudo and many more.

Speaking to Seh Calaz he said that he is relieved now that the album is out as he has been working tirelessly to produce the album.

“My first quarter of this year has been hectic but now that the project is out I am happy and relieved, seems my fans were thirsty for it.

“I have a lot of exciting features with musicians from various genres which makes the album more interesting and catchy.

“I also worked with the most leading producers in the country like Oskid, T.man, Cymplex and M.T.M duo of Rodney and Tamuka which definitely means the album is quality guaranteed,” Said Calaz.

The album features Jah Prayzah, Ngoni Kambarami, Celcius and also carries two covers.

“There are three collaborations in the album, Handinyare Newe which features urban grooves pioneer Ngoni Kambarami, Mhanya Newe which features the talented vocalist Celcius and Ndakusuwa which features Jah Prayzah.

“The album carries other tracks like Saru, Unondisvhitsa Kure, Ndaneta and Unondi Cheater.

“The title track ‘Love Story’ is a cover for Bob Marley’s hit song No Woman No Cry and the other cover is the all-time hit by the legendary Marshall Munhumumwe titled Rudo Chete.

“Munhumumwe was renowned for his prowess in singing on matters of the heart thus in relation to the theme of this album I decided to do a cover for one of his songs,” he said.

Banditt Boss claims he has found his niche in Lover’s Reggae while Love Story is promising to be another good project.

The dancehall chanter went on to add that his fans who have been waiting with much anticipation for the album seem to be pleased with this album.

“My fans are excited; I have been getting positive comments more than anything.

“Considering there were a lot of songs released during the time I also released my album, I can safely say my album is doing well.

“Unondisvitsa Kure has a video that’s also doing pretty well on Youtube,” he said.
