SUPPORT Unit football club have lost assistant coach Takura Nguwo who died on Monday.
He was aged 44.
Nguwo was buried yesterday in Zimuto, Masvingo.
This has become the second death experienced at the club in nine months after the death of their head coach Livingstone Marere.
It is reported that Nguwo died after a short illness and admitted at Parirenyatwa on July 23.
“He was a very humble person and down to earth. It was never difficult to associate and socialise with him since he was an easy going person.
“He was a hard worker and disciplined man. He played for Support Unit from 2005 to 2013 as a forward.
“He was appointed Support Unit assistant coach in 2016 and he stayed at Support Unit camp, Chikurubi,” said a workmate.
