THE battle of the Premiership title continues with defending champions FC Platinum still in the matrix.
The Zvishavane miners are third on the standings with the same number of points, 53, with second placed Chicken Inn and trailing leaders CAPS United by two points.
Platinum coach Lizwe Sweswe admits they their remaining fixtures are tough and will need to treat them with caution.
The Zimbabwe’s representatives in the CAF Champions League play Chapungu (away), Black Rhinos (home) and CAPS United (away).
“All the way to the wire, we still have to believe and work hard nothing comes on a silver platter.
“Games are not that easy but what is important is to win our next two games and see how it goes,” said Sweswe.
After being knocked out of Chibuku Super Cup, FC Platinum have prioritized the league title.
Sweswe urged his boys to give a good fight in the remaining games to retain the championship.
“What’s important is now they know that in order to play again in CAF Champions League we need to win the title so we have to work hard and defend it.
“We are not going to change the approach in the remaining games, we are going to play with the same approach, we are going to play with caution,” he added.
The Zvishavane-based side will play Sudanese giants Al-Hilal in the opening match of Group B next week Friday.
