FC Platinum coach Lizwe Sweswe is confident that his team will beat Manica Diamonds at Vengere on Wednesday.
The Zvishavane based side has been struggling lately as they were knocked out of Chibuku Super Cup by Highlanders and lost to Bulawayo Chiefs in the league last week.
Sweswe admits Manica Diamonds will not be an easy assignment due to their impressive home record.
“We will try our best to come out with positive results. Games have been so hard of late and Manica is playing well especially at their home,” said Sweswe.
FC Platinum have 49 points, two points behind log leaders Caps United with a few games remaining
“What’s important is how we will rise and the boys knows what’s stake because we need to win our games to defend our championship.
“We can only do that by winning all our games though it won’t be difficult because all teams are playing well.”
