DANCEHALL chanter, Alban ‘Terminator’ Nyatsambo, says he is back full time after an absence of over a year in the Zimdancehall circles.
To break the long silence, Terminator will be releasing his new single titled Buditsa Badness this week and he says there is a lot coming from him.
“The new song that l am going to release is on Cymplex’s new riddim titled Divergence Zone Riddim.
“I know l had said that l am changing genre to gospel music but why not stick to dancehall and still carry the message along?
“Like always, my songs are message-centric and there are more coming up so all my fans should be prepared,” he said.
The riddim features other artistes like Kinnah, Jerry B, Guspy Warrior, Decibel, Legion, Nutty O, Queen Kadijah, Poptain, L Razor and Innomas.
The Tinofamba naMwari singer said he has faith in the Zimdancehall genre.
“We can still grow as dancehall artistes in Zimbabwe as long as we keep the professional approach to our music.
“We should focus on spreading the message and entertaining fans not keeping grudges or anything.
“This whole time l have been finding and preparing myself and trying to find means to improve my music career.
“After this riddim compilation, then l will unleash everything that l have been working on,” he said.
Nyatsambo walked away with the Most Promising Artiste Award at the Zim Dancehall Awards 2014.
His music career dates back to 2010 whilst he was still in school at Lord Malvern High School in Waterfalls.
The song is being produced by Cymplex at Solid Records Zimbabwe.
