….diva meets Gemma, Ammara

SONGBIRD Tamy Moyo will renew her romance with Harareans when she holds a must-attend show at The Venue on June 6.

Simply dubbed “The Tamy Experience”, the sought after diva shares the stage with Gemma Griffiths and Ammara Brown.

And being one of the major highlights of the weekend, it really promises to be a show of a lifetime judging by the trio’s credentials and appeal.

Show coordinator and events manager – Dee Nosh Harare – confirmed the show saying it was all systems go.

“We are definitely going ahead with the show dubbed The Experience in Avondale where the diva will be sharing the stage with Gemma and Ammara Brown.

“The three divas are the hottest and most sought after at the moment.

“Hosting the trio makes it a dream show where our divas will be exchanging notes under one roof.

“The trio deserves to be saluted and supported in a unique way possible as we empower the girl-child to realise her potential through the arts.

“What has also raised the appeal of the show is that it will be an all-female affair and it’s rare that they are given such opportunities by local promoters,” he said.

Dee Nosh said they have since released advance tickets where the cheapest ticket is going for US$15 or RTGS$75.

Dee Nosh defended the fares they were charging saying the met the entertainment value.

“I think we are charging reasonable fares considering the entertainment value at stake.

“If you look at Tamy, she is making waves both locally and abroad while Gemma is on demand.

“As for Ammara, she is a tried and tested diva who has also done us proud both locally and overseas.

“However, it should be mentioned that the night be a rare experience where Tamy will be sharing the stage with her two sisters – Gemma and Ammara Brown,” he added.

The show starts at 7pm and the early bird tickets will go on sale on Tuesday (tomorrow) via Click Africa.
