Dynamos defender Jimmy Tigere believes the Harare derby will never lose its class.
The Glamour Boys will face bitter city rivals CAPS United at Rufaro on Sunday.
Tigere said they will give their very best and it will for the fans to judge whether it lived out to the standards or it was like any other game.
“We cannot promise anything other than our very best. We will give this game all we have.
“It will be for the fans to judge. But a derby will always be a derby no matter what.
“We have done our preparations well and we are ready for the blockbuster. We will play our part by giving the best we can,” said Tigere.
A battle between CAPS and Dynamos is one of the biggest biggest matches in the country although some fans believe it is no longer a major drawcard as before.
“The game is all about supremacy. It’s all about commanding respect and settling matters on the pitch.
“The fact that CAPS occupy a better spot than us does not count in games like these.
“This is a game that we all want to prove a point and get the much needed respect,” he added.
Tigere said they are gunning for a win as he said it will boost morale in the camp.
