AN Epworth woman has accused her husband’s girlfriend of disturbing her peace.
Nyasha Fero bared her soul at the Harare Civil Court where she applied for a protection order against her husband’s girl-friend, Portia Gwisai.
“She is having an affair with my husband and she comes to my place of residence where she verbally abuses me in front of my children.
“Sometimes she insults both me and my three daughters using vulgar words saying that I do not stand a chance against her and that she has already won,” said Fero.
Fero also told the court that Portia disclosed her health status to her.
“Your honour she told me that she was suffering from a chronic disease and she even went to an extent of showing me her medical report,” said Fero.
Fero also told the court her prayers.
“I would like Portia to be barred from coming to my house and verbally insulting me and my children,” said Fero.
In default, presiding magistrate Noah Gwatidzo granted the protection order in Fero’s favour.
