POPULAR comedian David Mubaiwa — popularly known as Sabhuku Vharazipi — yesterday stormed the streets of Harare in his bid to fight piracy.
The comedian recently released his Sabhuku Vharazipi 4, a production which comes after a two-year hiatus.
H-Metro caught up with Vharazipi at the corner of First Street and George Silundika before he moved to Copa Cabbana and other places.
“Ndauya nemaDVD angu ini mbune, vabereki musatengeserwa zvimafeki muno muma streets, imbavha idzi,” he was heard shouting.
Vharazipi was in the company of his co-actor, who plays the character of Chairman.
The crew pleaded with the masses to help them end piracy by buying original DVDs from their offices in Harare or call them for personal delivery.
Vharazipi was selling his short film US$2.
