MamaPreneurs Women Empowerment Initiative is expected to bring together several women from all walks of life from around the country for a networking and empowerment high tea.

Running under the theme “Empowering Small to Medium Enterprises”, the event has been set for Paungano, in Highlands this Thursday.

Minister of Women Affairs Sithembiso Nyoni will be the guest of honour at the event that also includes high profile people and various personalities like radio presenter Mai Judah, guest speaker lady millionaire Carol Mashingaidze Tapfumaneyi who is based in Botswana and Daughters of Virtue Prayer Group representative Apostle Vee among others.

Entertainment will be provided by Pastor Carol Mujokoro and Tembelami.

MamaPreneurs boss Memory Mugabe said they are expecting over 350 women to attend the event to share ideas and network.

“We have women from several provinces around the country coming for this high tea meant to empower small to medium scale enterprises.

“We also have various organisations and companies coming in support of women entrepreneurship.

“The high tea will see women being empowered and also providing a platform to network.

“We also have projects like poultry that will be funded at the event on the day courtesy of Irvine’s as well as a graduation ceremony for ladies that participated in the soap making course held some time back.
